Job Location: Surana 101, Sahara Darwaja, Surat
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and contact potential franchise partners through calls, emails, and networking.
- Explain the company’s franchise model, business plan, and benefits clearly to prospects.
- Handle franchise inquiries, provide relevant information, and resolve queries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects to convert them into franchise partners.
- Coordinate meetings, presentations, and site visits for potential investors.
- Assist franchise partners with documentation, agreements, and onboarding formalities.
- Maintain and update the franchise lead database in CRM.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on inquiries, leads, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for franchise promotions and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, counselling, or business development.
- Good knowledge of franchise models and business expansion strategies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
