We are seeking a versatile HR & Admin Executive to manage the full spectrum of human resources functions and provide crucial administrative support. This role is perfect for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to partner with the organization on strategic initiatives, from talent acquisition and employee development to office management.
Human Resources:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including preparing job descriptions, posting ads, screening candidates, and facilitating the hiring process.
Design and implement comprehensive onboarding plans to ensure new hires are integrated successfully.
Administer payroll, benefits, and employee programs with accuracy and timeliness.
Support performance management processes and provide constructive feedback to managers.
Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
Maintain and update all employee records (attendance, personal data, etc.) in strict compliance with company policy and legal requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Office Administration:
Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Coordinate meetings, manage appointments, and arrange travel for senior management and staff.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role.
Proven track record in recruiting and improving talent acquisition strategies.
Demonstrated experience in training and developing employees and managers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Savvy in negotiation and conflict management.
Cross-cultural fluency and exceptional networking skills.
High level of ethics, reliability, and sound judgment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
